Having recently completed a Sponsorship Strategy for the Jubilee Sailing Trust, BDS have been employed to work together with JST to secure sponsors.
The JST is an international, United Nations accredited disability charity, promoting integration through the challenge and adventure of tall ship sailing. They provide life-changing adventures to people of all ages, backgrounds and levels of physical ability through taking both disabled and able bodied men and women to sea to teach them how to crew a tall ship. Their voyages change lives by improving self-esteem, building confidence and providing fantastic leadership and life skills.
Since the charity started in 1978, over 40,000 people have sailed with the Jubilee Sailing Trust. The charity currently has two ships in operation- Lord Nelson & Tenacious. Launch in 2000, Tenacious is the largest wooden hulled tall ship of her type to be made since the end of the 19th century.
