Badminton England: BDS Sponsorship have been appointed to develop a Sponsorship Strategy and Business plan for the new £22 million National Badminton Centre by Badminton England which has been transferred from its present site to a new 15 acre site adjacent to the Milton Keynes National Bowl.
The centre would provide one of the best training and community sport facilities in the world being the home for a 2,500 seat Arena hosting both National and International events across a range of sports utilising the 17 badminton courts, a number of tennis courts, a health and fitness, club conference rooms and event hospitality boxes, a bar / restaurant, office space for Badminton England’s National Headquarters, 28 room accommodation and the English Institute of Sport. Situated on the A5, and just off the M1, planning permission was granted by Milton Keynes Council in 2013.
