Leisure and Culture Sponsorship Experience

  • BDS have advised The Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
  • BDS wrote for Arts and Business their guide to – “Measuring and Evaluating Arts Sponsorship”.
  • BDS consultants worked on the development of the UK Arts Council’s Visual Arts Marketing Policy and created the Arts Council’s sponsorship strategy. They also took a very active role in establishing the Arts Council’s Sponsorship Department.
  • BDS both wrote the strategy, and delivered £1.7 million in secondary sponsorship alone for the London Eye.
  • BDS worked for the Tussuads Group and acquired£1.24 million in sponsorship from Ribena, £2.56 million from Coca-Cola and £1.5 million from Cadburys for sponsorship rights at Alton Towers, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures.
